My conversation with Cellport revealed that this a complete phone solution, cradle, mic and speaker, with interchangable crades for different phones. It MAY be integrated depending upon the vehicle and the skills of the installer.
It is NOT a UHI cradle for MB vehicles, however.

a lot of you will want to see this...
Back in March, then new member Mik started a thread touting an invention of his that allows use of a number of non-MB phones while fully integrating all hands-free functionality. Mik's thread. Since then, the list of phones has grown a lot, and includes some Nextel phones, with two-way functionality preserved, played out as it is. Mik warrants a look-see, at least before plunkin' down big coin at the stealership. Mik's website. Hopefully this is helpful to some on this forum, and will redeem me for past stoopid posts.

Need SF Bay Area W203 person who wants UHI...
I need someone who wants to get one of the first UHI kits for W203 from Steve... who will volunteer to have his car used for documenting the installation procedure.
Requirements:
1) Must have W203 coupe or sedan to install in
2) Must want to install UHI SOON (like yesterday)
3) Must be willing to install on mid-peninsula
4) Must want to use a Sony-Ericsson T610, T616, T630, T637, or a Nokia 6310i, 6100, 6610, 7250, 6200, 6220, or 6230. If you have a Siemens phone, please ask me first
5) Must already know what UHI is and what to expect with it (for instance, you already know Bluetooth is not included)
It doesn't matter if you have TeleAid and use it, have TeleAid and don't use it, or don't have TeleAid; I just need to know beforehand.
I will need to know what phone you have as well.
If you want to use a K700 or a Motorola phone or something else, this isn't the time.
Douglas, I would have asked you to do this but ... I wasn't sure you would want to drive this far when you can get it in a month without driving as far.
Your perks are that you will receive the kit early and you will have some financial incentive.
I will also need a W209 person (if there are lurkers here).
Please e-mail me.

Hi,
You are correct in that you do need more than just the Mercedes logo Motorola V60 phone (though that is also a very integral part). I can tell you my situation and see if that helps.
I too did not have the integrated phone but thought it would be a great feature. I ended up looking on ebay and got the voice recognition system and phone (I believe I paid around $850 for it). Be sure about the phone you get, it won't work if it has the MB logo only on the front of the phone, it needs to have the MB software which is evident when you power up the phone and the MB logo comes on the screen (some unscrupulous people have just attached the MB cover (you can buy them from $5) to a regular V60 phone and put it on ebay, carefully wording it though so you can't get a refund. Just pay attention.
The items that came with mine were a voice recognition system, phone cradle, a stalk that looks a lot like the cruise control stalk but attaches on the other side of the steering wheel).
The dealer made a fuss at first when I wanted to put it in (it came from a 2002 C230) saying that the wiring for the 2004 C320 I had, had changed. After awhile a tech said he thought he could put it in, which they did (charged me $400).
It works fine, I personally love it, you can control the stereo, CD changer, and phone functions with your voice just by using the stalk. Just keep an eye on ebay and these periodically come up. Hope this helped.
