to get the lowest drop, you will need COs. You don't have much choice when it comes to COs for the C-class, KW, H&R, Carlsson.

Also depends on what size wheels you plan to match with the suspension. My stock 16's with my H&R cup kit looks nice, but with my 19's looks very aggressive! They fill the gap completely. Coilovers are definitely the Best choice though.

You can cut a coil to drop it more but I caution doing that on H&R springs... H&R springs seem to be a bit bouncy but it won't hurt the suspension at all as long as you dont cut to many coils... your best bet would be to go with coilovers if your willing to spend the money... your looking at spending over a $1000 for a set of coilovers... I just ordered a set of H&R CO's for $1100

Cutting coils is NOT recommended. You don't want to end up with one of those cars with bouncy suspensions and crooked wheels when going through bumps.

fyi - any H&R purchase from SPP is NOT covered by the manufacturer warranty. H&R explicitly states that the items have to be sold and installed by an authorized dealer. You can find cheaper places then the authorized dealers, but usually the product is grey-market or 'back-doored' and will not be covered if you ever have a problem.

Thanks

If you are not sure whether the company you are buying from is authorized through H&R, give H&R a call and ask! (888) 827.8881.
