lowest lowering spring? coilovers?

lowest lowering spring? coilovers?
i was looking for the lowest lowering spring out there in the market? has anyone ever cut a coil? what is the cheapest coilover? price wise

Lowering Springs
Also depends on what size wheels you plan to match with the suspension. My stock 16's with my H&R cup kit looks nice, but with my 19's looks very aggressive! They fill the gap completely. Coilovers are definitely the Best choice though.

You can cut a coil to drop it more but I caution doing that on H&R springs... H&R springs seem to be a bit bouncy but it won't hurt the suspension at all as long as you dont cut to many coils... your best bet would be to go with coilovers if your willing to spend the money... your looking at spending over a $1000 for a set of coilovers... I just ordered a set of H&R CO's for $1100

well to be honest i cant afford coilovers so im just goign to have to go with lowering springs.. so which spring comes with the lowest drop i was hoping there was a spring that was around 2 inches or 2.5 in is there? thanks everyone

I had cut a coil the front of my Old C240 W203 and it was OK..
I use Intrax, They drop around 1.5

But after I upgraded my brakes 16's won't fint anymore. I have the C7 17" wheels as my other set of wheels now.
