you can buy the oem ones for $100. The part numbers are on the c32 forum. You also need a harness or a relay board to trick the pressure sensor that the shifter is being moved. Its been done on the c300 and charger forums.

I demand paddle shifters!! Are there any how-too's? Can we make a real legitimate thread about it?
For some reason I was under the impression that we needed to reprogram the ecu.

basically its the slk55 ones. there part numbers are on the thread i listed below. Yes to do it properly you need a New sam and programming and etc.
If you have a steptronic transmission where you can shift the gear using the shifter, you can tap the + and - wires of that shifter with the paddles.
The relay board just tricks the computer into thinking you shifted up or down using the shifter when your really using the paddles.
No one has wrote a straight diy on the mb forum. there is a pretty detailed diy on the Lxforums where a lot of c300 and charger members have been successful. Certain c300 and charger models uses the same mercedes transmission as some of the older w203's.
I'm not sure if it'll work with the 7g.

basically you need the $65 one. You need the paddle shifters. If you a c55 or c55 steering wheel its a direct swap. You just punch out the button shifters and bolt on the paddles.
The c32 you need the relay board to trick the pressure sensor that the shifters is being moved and you tap the paddles to the up shift and down shift wires on the shifter.
At least thats my understanding from what i read on the LX forums. There is a diy on there with a lot of pics.
