draining oil from below vs mityvac
i have to do a oil change, great, is there any benifits from the mityvac besides not having to get down and dirty? and i should use 0w-40? i already have a oil pan but no mityvac so i rather just drain if that is possible. is the oil pans drain plug easy accesable or do i have to remove the under panel or whatever it is..

Sucking the oil is much easier. You do need to take a cover off.
Mobil 1 0-40 Synthetic European Formula is what you need.
How many miles does your car have? You might need to change the air filter if you haven't done so (based on miles and last time you changed it)

a quarter mile at a time
Both extraction and draining methods have proven to remove similar ammounts of oil. Use whatever method you like best. I personally like the vacuum method because I don't have to get under the car, I don't have to replace the crush washer on the drain bolt, and since the oil filter is up top as well, the whole oil change only takes a couple minutes.
With that said, use only Mobil1 0w-40. Also, use a fleece filter from Mercedes or OEM equivalent.

just put in exactly how much comes out. If your not sure...i would stop short a quart and just slowly add using the digital oil gauge. You don't want to put in too much oil or you'll have to drain the excess again.

Do a search under my username, and you'll see I did a test to see which gets more oil out drain vs. suction and I found they get out the same amount, so suction is the way to go for keeping it easy.

Phucmang, it would be nice if you list your location. Since you reported your milage in km,... I'll assume you're a Canucklehead, eh! Your car computer will give you about a month warning before it's time to change your oil (Service A or B). A cold freezing Canadian winter is usually at least 4 months long,... do the math. Do you want to get underneath the car in the winter? Even if you have a garage, its still not fun getting under the car when the garage floor is ice cold.
BTW,.... mityvac, Pela, Moeller and various other in-house brands seems to all be made by the same Taiwanese company. Thus if it's too difficult to get one brand in your area,... shop for one of the other brands.
