S-Class Style Tails for 2006 C230

Hey, I was wondering if the ones they sell on eBay will fit my car?

The MY they listed is that it fits the 2005 C230K.

Since 2005 was the post-facelift year for the W203, and mine is the 06, I'm guessing they would fit?

Inputs appreciated!

They should fit. The lights didn't really change.

They'll fit. The pre-facelift 2001-2004.5 tail lights are different from the 2005-2007s.

Really? Never really took note of that. I guess the housing didn't change.

Thanks guys!

To my knowledge, the 2001-2004.5's also had a different pin setup, correct?

They just went for the new "crystal" plastic lenses.

And there are two lights on the bottom that run with the headlights instead of just the outer ones. The 2005-2007 tails look much more modern, just as the clear headlight lenses.

yeah the pin setups are different but frankw wrote a diy on them. So they should fit pre and post face lift. You might have to mess with the pins depending on the yr. Its a easy fix.

Yep - on SA models you can fit the extra 2 lamps to the pre facelift housing. Frankly - with new examples of both lenses - the differences are extremely slight whereas the front clear vs frosted difference is huge. In fact pre facelift tail lenses were better made & moulded. While my car has clear BiX & fogs up front standard & I have changed the blinker repeaters to clear to match - I have never felt the tailight lense change worthwhile. My lenses are as new without years of sun damage because the car is garaged. The original trunk lid LED repeater is also superior in manufacture. The new one looks cheap by comparison.

Take a look at this. A great DIY to make the pre facelift tails to work on the facelift models.

S-Class Tails for SALE!

Okay.

It didn't fit.

I have a 2006 W203 (7-Pins), and the tails only fit 6-pin 2001-2004 W203's.

The pair of tails is brand new.

$100 SHIPPED.
