CLC accessories
I'm wondering if anyone here has access to CLC accessories for cheap and wants to make a few bucks.
Just got my hands on the CLC class Accessories PDF file. In theory pretty much everything aft of the firewall should fit a W203 coupe.
I was able to look parts up at a Canadian dealer, but nobody seems to know from USA. I'm guessing that US dealers can't see the CLC catalogue because you guys killed the coupe much earlier.
I don't know about other countries, but Canadian parts are insanely $$$ compared from a US dealer. For example, a (ie ONE) aero wiper blade is $38(!) in Canada after taxes, around $25USD across the border, and $17 at an online dealer. The markups are insane.

Out Of Control!!
What do you see in there that you would want? I see nothing of any real use. Unless you're talking that multi-holder thingy for the rear of the passenger's seat - that's smokin'!

It would be nice to be able to get our hands on some of that, if we wanted it. I just don't like being told no. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I am sure if there is a will, there is a way. Just a matter of costing too much.

Welcome to the real world. Benz stuff is so cheap in the US that it pays me to ship it to South Africa.
e.g. Benz hood star in SA = $213. From RMeuropean in the US $24 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! both genuine & made in Turkey. Same part & number. Go figure!
In fairness Benz service is brilliant here - They are making so much money that they can afford to kiss customer's a$$es multiple times a day!

That's what I was thinking. I like the trunk mat and the window shades, especially in the summer.
And the rear seat cover is ugly, but...if I had kids, I think it would be a life saver!

If I can help I will.
Here is what I would do, find a dealer that will ship to a clearing house in the US, come across, pick up your package, and cross back. If you want the address of a company that I have used to ship to a Canadian customer, I'll pm it to you.
If I can help by shipping I will, but a Californian, buying in CA gets a 9% tax off the top.

^ Thanks for the offer.
I'm just lurking at this point. As we all know, MB accessories are insane in terms of pricing.
I already have a friend in Seattle who conveniently visits regularly, so the small things here and there.. already have a source.
FYI tons of people buy items shipped to either Blaine or Point Roberts, WA. Bam, instant 30+% discount! ![EEK!](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
The big issue here is that I'm not sure if US dealers can order CLC parts. I tried calling Phil Smart (MB Seattle) and they can't seem to locate the parts, even when given a part number.

See my answer in other thread.
As far as cost, the fronts are about $1000 US for pads, rotors, and calipers.
