C230 Coupe Rear Door Assembly???
Does anyone know how to pull apart the rear door cover or fix it to it's original tight condition?
Mine loosed up and now while I drive there is a terrible vibrating sound of the gray rear door plastic cover loose that vibrates to every little imperfection on the road.
I was told that removing the cover was a one-way-trip. Once removed, the clips holding it would break and the new ones(kit) cost a lot.
So I'm more interested in solutions to the vibration noise instead of replacing the whole cover.
Thanks!

Door clips cost around $2 each at the dealer. Each door has about 6 to 8 clips. Some clips will break when removing the door panel. Just buy new clips, insert the clips in the designated slots and press the door panel.

Interesting. I've never had a reason to pull them loose. If you do, post some pictures. I've thought about trying to replace the two little rubber wire covers at the top, since mine split, but have just never bothered.
Welcome to the forum! That's a nice coupe, in a great color!

^OP,
Are you talking about pieces 170 and 180 in the second picture that Glyn posted?
I had to remove those while dismantling the trim to install LED resistors.
