Here's what I can tell you about this car. It looks like it was fully loaded with the only missing options being the rear side airbags and sunroof package. Car does have some rare options including the split fold down rear seats and OEM Bi-xenons. Average/good mileage too. There are a couple of wear items that might come into consideration on this car but nothing is critical.
Front lower control arm bushings have a tendancy to crack and leak fluid and need to be replaced. You might also hear creaking in the suspension, usually indicates that the bushings for the front sway bars need to be replaced or lubed.
If she's clean and has been well maintained, I'd say go for it!

03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
eh, i would just pay a few grand more and get a c55. From what i hear, the mercedes manuals doesn't shift as well as a bmw or even a honda.
If you really want a manual, I think your better off with a manual e46 m3. There pretty close to the price range your looking at.

C55 is also a good alternative, but a C350 will be 8/10ths the performance, while giving you noticably better gas mileage. A C350 SS will get up to 30+ MPG on the highway if driven very conservatively. It may not be up to BMW or Honda standards, but the Mercedes 6-speed isn't the worst either. If you're really looking for a standard transmission Mercedes, a C350 Sport is one of the fastest Mercedes sold in the US.

The brakes and the passenger side power seats w/ memory are other indicators it is a C350. I think what Eric was trying to point out was a wreck is another reason to reapply model decals on the trunk.

Actually I believe the motor looks almost exactly the same between the 3.0L and the 3.5L. Sure way to know is to lookup the VIN, but John is correct, the brakes and power seats are correct so I do think it's a proper C350. John is also correct in that I'm thinking this car may have had some rear end or trunklid damage, and therefore the badges were put on in a different place. Either that or a previous owner de-badged the car and someone else re-badged it. I'd still definitely look into it, at least measure it with a paint thickness guage.

Looks like a nice car, I'd grab that up quick if that's what you're looking for. Has the best color combo in my opinion. The Carfax doesn't report any accidents but does say the spoiler was replaced! Someone definately ordered that car, all the options but the sunroof.

You probably won't like this, but I think a 6-spd with the 350 engine is a complete waste of time. I tried a 6-spd SLK 350, which has the same gear ratios as my C230 manual. It cured me from ever wanting one. First is redundant and the engine has way more torque than is suitable for the lower gears. A 5-speed manual would have been better but, since it's not on offer, I'd try the BMW if you have to have a manual.

To add to what Eric has been saying:
There is something up with the passenger side front fog.. it's misaligned. Hard to tell from the photo but that mesh and general area around the fog may be damaged. The badging is indeed in the wrong place as was noted just as the spoiler is added and not OEM even in style. Also, the car has 2007 headrests - the active design. Those weren't factory on the 06 and begs the question what has happened to this car to warrant these replacements?
I am also in full agreement about the C55 v C350SS 6MT. There is NO substitute for shift-it-yourself if that is what you enjoy. The extra horsepower is not going to make up for the automatic if you really want a manual. The C350 is going to be a significant portion of the performance of the C55 without the additional weight in the nose and decreased gas mileage. I think the 6MT 350 will be a much more enjoyable car to own and drive than the (stupid) V8 C-class.
