you can download the software but u will need to install a program on your computer and will also need the USB cable but I don't know if they would sell you that.

Its one that must be downloaded from their site. If you have problems with it call the tech support and they will ask you to go to the place you purchased the product for software update since they will be the ones with the USB cable (its a specific cable made for that piece) and if not to ship it to them and they will do the update for you at your cost.

well i installed it and all worked great with the auto calibrate thing....
however, my only bug is that it doesnt show up in the cluster and thus every time I attmpet to change the station it changes the cluster and vice versa...also the hang up button doesn't hang up my bluetooth just turns the "att" on. and the pick up phone button only hangs up the phone. Both the phone buttons do change the source between ipod/hd radio/phone/etc which is cool. but ya I dont like how i can't change the instrument cluster w/o changing the station thats gonna get annoying. and why doesn't it show up in cluster? I take it a wire to send info back from the h/u to the cluster is required and I take it aftermarket h/u cant do this?

how do you manually program? Is it in the books that came with it? cuz i just went off the thing online and it didnt mention a manual program.
