DDM Tunning HID Kit $35

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W

I was wondering if anyone used this brand or has any idea if they're a good company for getting hid kits ??

Also would these kits work out of the box , or do i need to buy any special wiring or converters

I had 6000k 55w but it was a little too blue, I'd go for 5000k 55w

I'm not running them in a w203, but I am running them in my gf's Cayman S (the 35W kit). They've been working fine (with the error cancellers) and seem to be a great deal for only $35.

They're 6000k and look great:

(The M5 is oem 4300k.)

As for additional parts, I would get this just to be safe:

Very nice cars, Phil!

On w203's I wouldn't go higher than 6k. It'd look pretty rice 8k and up. 5k looks most oem and quality to me.

DDM's lifetime warranty is sweet, and these lights work fine. I've been runnin' them for a while!

Wont the 35w need the error canceler due to the car thinking a bulb is blown since its not drawing 55w? Unless you do the Xenon present thing.

Since the 55w wash out the color wouldn't a 6k 55w be pretty white? Im asking because I want to do the DDM 55w kit with d2s bulbs for my bi-x retrofit.

as I've been told the xenon only affects the headlights not the fogs...

I thought he was doing the headlights? Fogs need error canceling too unless he gets 55w.. And they offer both slim and thick. The thick normal ones are 10 bucks cheaper than the slim.

come good out the box, for fogs remember to flip the connector the opposite way. the headlights work too, but after a while start flickering. either get xenon set to present or just flip the lights on and off a few times
