Once I got it figured out, the other side took only 25-30 mins. The 12" length from center hole to center hole was right on for a good alignment that Mel recommended. I just got my akebono pads, 10mm spacers for the rears, and lug bolts for the rear in, so those will be going on tomorrow. After the alignment the rear looks pretty flush but I'm going to push the rears out anyways. Heres some pics of the new alignment.

More pics to come tomorrow after spacers in the rear installed.

yeah I love how they look with the tires... the little stretch on the tires makes it look mean. definately glad I picked these up after some hesitation.

gotta put my cls wheels back on since the roads are icy and the Re760s dont get any traction in this weather. Glad I still have the extra wheels and have my pirelli pzero nero all seasons on there.

Im just not sure man. Roln's car sure looks just fine without it. My big problem with them is the shotty fitment. it looks like the only quality piece is the expensive one from evosport. so id say from them or dont do it. theres something wrong when you have to put 20 clamps around the diffuser to get an OK result.
if you cant afford the evosport and just had to fill it in, I had my old c230's difffuser area painted matte black and loved it. although I think the dual exhaust speaks enough for the rear end alone (ie roln)

Yeah I think the diffuser will be too much going on in the rear. My initial plan was to just matte black it and do my duals. I'll most likely go that route since I like a little show but more simple lines on the car.

yeah... I'll probably have to do my exhaust next week since I'll be out of town visiting my nephew in houston. Think i've done most of what I want to do with the exterior but we'll see Gonna work on performance area of the car now and maybe some audio. Really want to do a tune. I might have to ship out my ecu to get it tuned

I was looking into OE, I've heard good things about their tune. How much did the tune cost you?

I overnighted it on a Saturday (it got to him on Monday morning) and got it back Tuesday morning. I took advantage of his holiday pricing, but my 350 costs more than the 230 to tune I believe. Regardless, I paid $445. He's a great guy. Awesome customer service, really knows his stuff. One free reflash. 2 day ground return shipping is included, extra for overnight.

You may want to hit up Eurocharged, they may extend the January special for you. Its so cheap. my friend ND2020 just had his 320 tuned with the OBD cable remote tune option. total cost him something like 270. free reflashes. no sending your ecu off. that said, jeremy at OE is also working on a remote tune cable. but back to euro, Jerry there knows his stuff too.

It'd be silly to not take advantage of EC's offer, Im sure theyd extend it for you.

Im in no position to be able to compare their capabilities, but I can say ND2020 and I are both ecstatic with our individual results. He also has already seen a MPG gain. We were both also surprised with the change in the exhaust tone! Also, we both gained an excellent snap in throttle response.

You may want to check first to see if EC would extend the offer to you. Also, I would call Jeremy and tell him about ECs offer. Maybe he'll work with you.

Thanks I was reading their page about that tune cable I'll hit up both of them today.

Of course you know to never ever just use a jack,
you MUST put jack stands. Not to say I've never been under the car with jack only, but it was a serious emergency.

Might as well buy a good aluminum Jack. They're well worth the money. I have a heavy duty one for my garage and the aluminum one to take with me sometimes.

Harbor Freight has a couple of very good jacks. I used my new one to swap out my summer rims; 3 pumps and it was ready.
