Oh dear again - The dealer has either spilt oil on the undertray while filling or you have a leak.
A - Service is really just oil & filter change & general inspection. This dealer seems a real jerk after the transmission issue.
So - likely causes:
- Spilt oil on filling
- O ring incorrectly inserted & a leak at the oil filter
- I'm sure they would have sucked the oil out but in the unlikely event that they drained from the bottom then they have not fitted a new drain plug. Mercedes drain plugs are microencapsulated with sealant. Benz recommend their replacement at every use (We DIY'ers give them a coating of suitable Loctite.
Good luck - bad timing - Is your husband still abroad?
Those are the 3 likely causes unless they disturbed something else which is unlikely or you have a crankshaft seal leak.

was not leaking before i took it in
The problem is that it was not leaking before I took it in and I would of noticed it on the pavement I always look! I have a feeln they didnt tighten something correctly or like you said glyn the sealant is not there on plug or the filter has an issue. If they try their crap again they are going to pay for this leak just like they finally paid for the other one they sent me home with and I am going to get a loaner again and upgraded like last time this is bull. I just thought I would take it to them again since they already know the car but apparently I dont know what the deal is with wat ever techinicians they have workn on my car each time

what you can do is open the hood and take a quick look for oil. but i would take it back Monday morning. but check oil level before driving car don't want a simple oil leak to escalate into new car or do what i did have the dealer come pickup it up with a tow truck. My dealer did not screw the oil cap back on so oil went everywhere. They were over an hour away so i called and had them pickup up my car redo everything and clean up the mess and then drive it back to me with a full tank of gas.

Trey - That is a good & obvious point. MC77 - please check that they put the oil cap back on.
Don't take ANY nonesense from that dealer. They were a disaster last time - looks like they have messed up again.

the engine covers under these cars can hold alot of fluid before they start dripping
if your able remove the cover clean it drive for a bit with it off and look for drips
hopefully it was just a spill
