Go to Control Unit>Drive>Transmission>Control Unit Version and see what your original control unit version is.
Are you using online Xentry Flash? Are you able to get in the network?
Did you do a quick scan? Are there any faults?

I am using, Mercedes Benz Star C3 version 03/2010 with developer mode.
Is installed on usb hard drive on a virtual machine without a network and do not know if it is possible to be released.
Yes I did a quick scan without any errors except that I am not synchronized panoramic ceiling. And the actual transmission, there is no error. I'll check Control Unit Version.

Ok I looked in Simulator and found your transmission (SEQ). Looks like you will not be able to flash the control unit BUT you can reprogram it.
Drive>Transmission>Control Unit Adaptations>Settings> Learning process for gears.
This is what it says for learning process for gears (During this learning process the gears are shifted through automatically). So it seems like it will shift through all the gears and readapt. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
There are more like clutch closing, clutch grip and tranny index. But I have a feeling it's the gears and the learning process will relearn the gears.

Ahhhh my friend. Look what I found.
After changing speed sensor it is essential to carry out the following setting routines with the menu point 'Control unit adaptations'
-Learning process for gears
-Learning process for clutch closing point
-Learning process for clutch grip point
-Learning process for clutch transmission index
You mentioned you changed speed sensor. So your problem is you need to do the learning process. Follow my above instructions and this should solve your problem.
Glyn was absolutely correct:
Good Luck

I started with adaptation, but Learning process for gears, gives me an error.Start to hear noise obviously switched gears and stopped coming out this error that I made the picture, then another picture and back again in the early windows of the module.
-Learning process for clutch closing point
-Learning process for clutch grip point
Learned successfully!
-Learning process for clutch transmission index
I can not understand how exactly do?
hanks

Learning process for gears is your main one. That's the most important one. Can you tell what gear it stops at?
You have 2 control solenoid valves which control different gears.
First one which is Y92/1 controls gears 1, 3 and 5.
Second one which is Y92/2 controls gears R, 2, 4 and 6 (which seems you are having trouble with this one because of reverse).
But if that was the case you should have gotten a P2051 code. You should still get codes, there are codes for gear change failed, gear engagement failed. I'm surprised you are not getting any faults.
Are you sure when you go into fault codes you don't see anything?
Below are all the fault codes the transmission throws.

When stops and gives error of the car appears that is 2 gear. And you have to press the brake pedal. Yes I am sure there are no fault codes the transmission throws.

Maybe something is wrong with shift lock?? Actuations> and hit f12 to reset it??
At this point I have no clue what it can be. If transmission is fine no codes and the gears are switching and get stuck I am thinking it's the shift lock. What do you think?

Hmmm not communicating with it. Let me see what I can find. In the meantime search WIS and see if it says anything about it.

I remember one of our friends with coupe (not your transmission) had similar problem and he unplugged ESM and plugged it back and it worked. Try that because DAS is giving similar instructions.
Disconnect at component N15/5
If power is ok then
If power is not OK which I think is problem check fuse 55 under hood right hand side.

I think the transmission SEQ 716.6, no N15 / 5 ESM module.
Reviewed and wiring diagrams and such transmission has only S16/10 Transmission range recognition switch. I found it but found nothing to fault in a socket.
Then I tried to let the Learning process for gears. and again stopped at second. as I've shot.
Which is strange and should not be so. I begin to think of here comes the whole problem. To push the brake. But when the procedure says that should not be pressed, and parking brake is released.
There is absolutely no errors. And and I was weird, how come it did not start the engine, gear change, absolutely all of the N to 1,2,3,4,5,6 and R. And when you start the engine, no gear, no switches, just written: 0 Select gear again. Noise is how the switch gear and then it immediately shuts down.

This thing is hell to follow by remote control.
Just to recap - Did this problem only show itself for the first time after you changed the speed sensor???
If so - I think you should go back & check everything that you touched when you changed the sensor. Even check that you have the correct speed sensor.
Then try again to adapt.
Do all solenoids operate if you run a simulation?

I had this problem before changing speed sensor. Because of old, leaked oil. But I'm not sure the problem was this. Just changed. Cleaned the cables and jacks of butter. The other I can think of is that the original speed was BOSCH and that I bought is Flenor. BOSCH sensor is not available in the store where I bought it. As he replaced the numbers with those of Bosch. But then it changed, there was absolutely no change, before it changed.

I do not understand why we are not getting any fault codes?? The trouble is that none of us know this gearbox well but it is an electromechanical device at the end of the day - it cannot be that difficult. Have you ever had a CEL?
This is where dealers have an advantage - they can try things. Can you borrow an ESM from a friend & try it? Do you know anybody with a Sequentronic?
Karo,
Star allows you to run a simulation with most things like this which could help us find a sticking solenoid etc. (eg. you can run a simulation on 722.6 or 722.9 if I remember correctly) - Can you have a look for us.
I think I am going to have to buy a Star!! - only trouble is then my driveway would be full of friend's Mercs.
Good luck all. We will learn from this exercise. If it stored just one fault code from the list you posted above it would give us an idea of where to look.
