took them off when i had the front bumper installed.. i was scared i was going to bottom out all the time because the morello bumper is close to 2 1/2 - 3 inches lower than stock. but im going to put them back on since everythings been working out really well with the new bumper. and i think the car will look a hell of a lot better in black. red is just getting so tacky to me. and thanks man, i appreciate it.

I agree. The morello kit is pretty "loud". Black will help clean it all up.

Any decent paint job like this will cost absoloutely no less than $3k. Hope you've been saving your pennies.

i have 12k saved up that i was gonna use to buy a new car with. so im gonnna save 3-4k and spend 8-9k on mods. and one of my best friends dad owns a body shop a few towns over from me. he is the one who painted my entire car when i got the kit and new doors put on, he only charged me 1.5k and i personally handed him an extra 500, so im sure it not gonna cost more than 12 hundred or so

Yikes, doesn't sound like he's doing much prep work at $12-1500. I'd pay the extra to make sure it gets sanded down to the original primer.
Keep us updated with the transformation.

noo he sands the ish out of it, and preps the car extremely well. he is jsut a very close family friend so i get very very very good deals. he painted my car twice, my dads jaguar xk-r rims powder coated, my little brothers rims and hood, and repaired and painted my older brothers pontiac G6 GTP after his accident. he usually charges $3300-4500 for sedans depending on size obviously, but he has done so much work, and has been a very close family friend for so long, that he does work for us for next to nothing. plus we tip him VERY well. and ill deff keep you guys updated.

my car was dyno tested at 238 horses a few weeks ago... so this tune is going to get my car 256 horses?? i will be incredibly impressed if my car hits 256 horses after this tune.

better post up a scan of the dyno sheet if you want anybody to believe it Luke, plus we need before/after if you get the tune.
that sounds a little high, my friend. What type/brand of dynometer was it? Mustang dyno?

Turbotrix has a dynojet that is AWD friendly, and its in Edison NJ, not far at all from me. illl have to find the print out and scan it for you, and yes, im obviously going to do a before and after with the chip tune. 238 isnt that high... 06 c280 4matic stock is 228, its only 10 horses above stock. lighter wheels, CAIs, removal of spare tire and all that junk in the trunk, and removal of some other heavy crap weighing the car down as well, add the magnaflow exhaust and you got yourself over 10hp easy. 238 is more than believable for a c280 4matic.

Karo achieved 214 rwhp after his tune with his c350. and considering he's rwd to your awd, you should have even greater amount of drivetrain loss

Karo's dyno tune

Ya, 238 dynojet on that car is complete bull****. A stock C350 on a dynojet is close to 227.

Mine was on DynoDynamics. To convert dynojet to dynodynamics you must see if it's 1.0 or 1.1.

If it was "1.0", multiply the dyno result by 1.15.

If it was "1.1", multiply the dyno result by 1.045.

My base was 198 times that by 1.15 you get 228 now multiply that by the loss (18%) - 268crank

Now I got 214 so I'm around 290 now. But if you look at graph some parts I gained 33 torque and 22 hp.

Luke 238rwhp + you wheels loss which is wayy more than us but benefit of doubt 22% = 290

You mean to tell me you have 290 hp to the crank???????????

I got the ECU Tune on my C320 today!!!!!!

Drove the car for 20miles and I could DEFINITELY feel the INCREASE in HP&TRQ. The car feels much more ALIVE(before it was pretty sluggish) and faster off the line. I noticed an increase in throttle response too. Also, the engine sounds MEANER! Over all VERY HAPPY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR CAR!!

Next step c32 air box and K&N filters!!

Thanks EUROCHARGED for the AWESOME DEAL and SUPERB PRODUCT/WORK!
