WHO steals a license plate?!!
FML! Sooo i wake up to a parking ticket on my front windshield for NO front plate... apparently someone stole my front license plate
! They straight out just ripped off the plate with the bracket! they couldnt even unscrew it!! Soo now i need to buy a new bracket. Any ideas other then the stealership??

You will win that ticket for sure !!! you can fight the ticket by mail (sending pictures)... you have picture before... with your lisence plate and after.... w/o license plate + pieces of your bracket (same picture you post) .... also you need to report stolen license plate to the DMV, sometimes they request police report, not sure...

Well when i called to report the stolen plate the lady officer i talked to said if there was no damage done to the vehicle then they cant send anybody out
!! I talked to the DMV and i have to pay 25 for the new plate! Now i just gotta find the bracket

How can they steal the plate without removing the screws? If they pryed it off it should have left marks on ur bumper. 
I think you and i both know you like the look better without it =DD keep it off just tell the dmv someone stole it.

Back when gas was over $4/gallon, thieves would steal plates off cars similiar to theirs and they would then use that as their "pump and run" plate. I doubt that's the case here though.

definitely looks better without it, but yeah LA sucks for front license plate tickets. I got 2 in 1 week before. 1 parking on Sunset blvd and 1 on Hollywood.
I think ive seen them on ebay for 20-30$. If i can find my bracket you can have it, if you want it.

Don't worry, your plate will end up on the back of a car in Georgia! 
Drive around I-285 and see all the CA plates, with no stickers at all on them and you know they were someone's front plate. Or, if you want to see what color stickers you guys used 4 years ago, those will be there too.

Yeah Idk how they did it but there were like three broken pieces on the floor and my screws feel loose now. My bumper has 2 little dimples from the screws... u just can't see on the pic.

Yess Hollywood poilce will give u a ticket for ANY reason...... Especially if it's after hours lol. If u don't need it anymore then I would def take it off your hands but I'll look on eBay and see what I find.

Someone once stole my Rear License plate, but I think it was for the registration stickers. I usually cut mine into pieces so they can't peel off. So what did the F**kers do?? Stole the whole plate!
And I got TWO tickets...one for no plate and one for no registration sticker.

I'm guessing it was custom? Makes sense because if they wanted it for registration they would have came up on the rear. It's probably at someones house or at a bar.
