2002 c240 (dead) 2007 c230 sport
I just bought an 07 c230 sport. It's the v6 obviously. But the throttle lag is incredibly annoying. No surcharger or 4 cyl here so how do you guys explain this?! And how can I fix it?

Get Jeremy from OE Tuning or Jerry from Eurocharged to tune your ECU it'll help. The low end on these cars is bad but once your get to around 3500rpm the engine comes alive. But best bang for the buck is a tune.

2005 C230K Granite Gray
Just traded my BSM/Black 05 c240 4matic for a GG/Ash 05 c230K. The 240 was super smooth, stable but very slow, esp with the A/C on. The C230 is not as refined, in fact, it has a "rickety" feel to it (esp at idle), but puts a way bigger smile on my face
and looks 10X sportier!
Loved my 240 as well, though!

The throttle lag is programmed into the ECU & TCU. Only way to change it is to go to a good software tuner.

Just picked up my C230!
Hello all,
New guy here, I just picked up a 2007 C230 Blk/Blk sport model. It has all the options that I can seem to find. Nav, IPod integration, Heated seats, leather, etc. It has 47,600 miles. It is very clean, got if for 22K!
The dealer just put new tires on it also.
