Hi pitch noise from the front wheel
Can anyone tell me what's that hi pitch noise? I hear it more clearly if an object is near the driver side, the noise goes faster or slower if I increase or decrease speed. I was crusing at about 20 mph in the recording, sorry for the loud road noise....

Its a rotational noise coming from the passenger front wheel. I know something is scraping but nobody can find it. (I took my car to the dealership twice for this problem and they cant find it)
I dont know if we have EXACTLY the same problem but this is what happens to mine:
Sound comes on when I hit 20mph but will disappear at around 40mph. I know its not a fan or something that will go off in a certain time or temperature because the timing is inconsistent. Sometimes I wont hear it when I slow back down to 20-30 and sometimes I will.
What I haven't checked yet is my brake sensor. Do they hang out of the brake pads that they may be causing the scraping with the wheels? What else do you think will produce a rotational noise? It doesnt sound like it comes from an internal part, more like the area of the wheel itself.
I know brake sensors are installed in the front passenger wheel but im just not sure if there are any wires poking out of it.
Can you see anything in the brake component which can caused that noise?

I have uploaded a new video with less road noise, I agreed it's a rotational noise.
