Selling w203/209 bilstein pss9 coilovers
Hey guys
This is just a heads up since I frequent this section a lot more frequently than any other on mbworld.
I am selling the pss9's I bought recently because I bought an ipad2 and I really like it. So something has to go.
They have under 25,000 miles

Just wanted to let people know that cash and meeting me up in Davis takes priority this week. I can't rent out a spring compressor until tomorrow so I won't be able to uninstall the coil overs until tomorrow. But by around 6pm tomorrow I should have them ready to be sold to a new owner.
Best offer would be $1000 plus stock 2006+ c230 sport suspension parts.
Leave the top hats on your stock shocks and struts and I will do the same on the pss9s. This saves me time and ill even be willing to even drop down to $950 cash. (I'm hoping your stock suspension is less than like 50,000 miles)
Why? That way I don't have to swap top hats again... The compression and vice grip technique works, but it's easier for the both of us if we didn't have to do that.

LOL....OMG Jim....i'm sorry, but ipad2 instead of coilover deserves a 
as much as i love my iphone4 and ipod touch. i can't see myself getting rid of the coilover for the ipad2. i always thought that if someone can carry a thing that big around he might as well carry around his laptop.

Hahaha. You don't know how long I've thought about this.
But the iPad has a wow factor to it, at least for now.
I may repurchase another set of pss9s later on in the future since I had to wait over a year for a set to show up, and I am very happy with the level of performance.
Or just mod my next car and keep the c280 as a daily
I'm from San Francisco, and having a lowered car in the hilly parts are a real pain. I wouldn't mind if I had the money to keep the pss9s but:
I need money, and I knew that the pss9s would sell the fastest. Ive gotten quite a few interests already as these are quality coil overs!

I have to say that I will miss the feeling of sitting in a solid car...
It may be placebo, but I feel great every time I get out of class and I walk back to my car knowing I have pss9s....
This feeling will be missed =\
Reverting back to the luxury suspension will suck ***... It'll become a boat again.

lol i think i remember you send me offer about my PSS9 few years back, but did you take off your PSS9 yet? because swapping labor could cost you almost an ipad2 itself

I installed these myself.
It really only takes like 2~3 hours with all the right tools and awesome DIY's on this forum.
I'm actually trying to sell my car now since E46 M3's are coming down in price =]
No more PSS9's.
