Slightly rough idle on cold start.
Its happening every now and then, I'm on 01 c240, I already did a tune up, changing plugs and oil flush and fuel filter. The shiver is slight but I can feel it. I did a search and there were cleaning maf sensors suggestions.. Will that resolve the issue or should I worry about something else? The rpm also moves up slightly and down slightly every time it shivers..

If plugs don't fix that it might be plug leads. MAF cleaning is a good idea.

MAF cleaning is a maintenance item as far as I am concerned. If you don't clean them regularly, they will eventually cause some issues. I do MAF cleaning on all my vehicles every 50K. Great time to clean the MAF sensor, is every air filter change on our cars.
