that looks like it's for the sedan.

if you want that look... you'll have to retrofit angel eyes

I doubt you will find them for the Coupe, there just doesn't seem to be enough of a market for the manufactures to make them.

If this is the look you want, your best bet is to unseal the lense, and then modify the internals and reseal you can have what you want. It sounds like projectors with black is what you are after. I think you could buy an inexpensive set of Depo's from eBay and try it as a DIY project.

No Depot for coupe.
You have to modify the factory Bix to make them black like that guy in
Finland w/ c220 cdi coupe.

Argh -- my bad, I wasn't thinking when I posted! That would make it a bigger project, wouldn't it?
