Heated Seat Broke
The heated driver seat broke a while back and Im wondering how to go about fixing it.
What would be the cheapest both parts wise and labor wise.
Its gray leather

Well, the first question is "what broke?" Does one entire seat not heat up, both of them, just the back panel of one, or just the bottom panel of one?
Or, do they still heat up and something else physically broke? You are being a bit vague.

If only the bottom seat cushion is not heating, it may be the heater in the cushion. I'm not sure if the regular W203 heated seats have the heating pad built into the seat cover, but that is the case with the AMG ones. The usual problem with the AMG heater is a broken wire. I just repaired mine last week and pending a full winter of use, I plan on writing up a DIY.

I am in the same boat. The bottom part of my seat doesnt heat up and at first glance underneath all wires seem ok. Looks like I might have to unbolt the seat to get a good look
