New member.... Too Late for W203 LED group buy, if so, planning another? Also, my rear blind won't work in warm weather either... Doesn't it get hot in Germany?? Any quick fixes for that? Also I removed you email address from your post you will end up with so much span if you leave that on there trust me I posted the group buy email on here and it gets 5+ spam emails a day so yeah you owe me one lol
As for your issue with the rear blind get it down and never use it again it is a pain to get to and if you buy a new part is very very expensive so not worth you messing with. If you disregard my advice get ready to be shocked by the price a dealer will give you to replace it. BTW mine works great but I only use it one a month or so because they can get stuck up and then you have real issues.

Ok I have good and bad news
Good news is that the lcd's are in Italy finally.
Bad news is that Customs wants some more documentation on WTF they are and why I sent them to Italy. But the contact from the company is helping me out on that so she should have the screens very soon. I know this has been forever but should be over soon

to shine light on this i finally got around to installing mine today, my car had been in a wreck and i promised myself i wold put it on and do other thing for her as soon as i got her back 
got my baby back today and here it is :
it looks good, well to me it looks perfect although that word will make 1 or 2 of you get all **** because it has a dark strip on the left side (least used side) but its bada**
thanks samaritrey, it was my second day that i joined and he kindly allowed me to be part of the group buy , thanks again.

The dark strip on the left is the same thing I have which wasn't there at first but it's a non issue for me although mine is not as wide. It's the first thing the other half complained about and my response was well the rest of it looks good so deal with it. The 185 temp could maybe be an unplugged or bad temp sensor from the wreck / repairs just done to your car?

Take your time Trey, I'm in no rush on my end. Customs can be a B*tch to deal with. I almost forgot about the LCD group buy haha.. Just send it to me whenever you get it in. For now i'm looking for a big *** truck and going to get rid of my benz after this LCD comes in and installed. Its boating season and my benz ain't gonna pull no boat.

dude first I would start your own thread for something like that as well as give them more details like year of your car so we know which model nav unit you have. BTW doubt you will find just a screen probably have to replace the whole unit. EBAY is your friend.

So figured it was time for an update. So the letter I sent over there was received now just trying to confirm that it was enough for customs officials. I am not pushing them to much because I do know that the earthquakes could be causing some issues but did send off an email a few minutes ago to check on where we stand.
