that is a good idea I should have thought of that oh well I only am missing 3 people so I will send them A PM. On another not If everyone is ready I figure I will start getting the payments tomorrow or Wednesday and get the order placed Friday. I am still working on the numbers to make sure I don't loose money on this and make sure I don't end up with extra money. refunding all of your 30 cents or something would suck lol.

Don't think anyone is worried if you end up with 30 cents.
I would charge a little extra just to be sure, and make up for any fluctuations in the
money market.
I've already got the money languishing in my Paypal account so I'd prefer to just go that route.

Speak for yourself.

I'm ready with my $$, just post when it's ok to send. I'm assuming it's to the "W230" email?

That is ridiculous. I hate people who want something but can't manage to be responsible in the end. What happened. Did your ***** drop off?

He doesn't state it directly, but you can infer it from his being ready to get the group buy going. He's a little j/k

Ok guys all of you that sent me an email should have gotten an email from me a few minutes ago with my PayPal email. I didn't want to post it here since my W230groupbuy email has already gotten 20 spam emails lol. The total for the people inside the USA is $74.50 and Canada for the one of you that is there you have a special email once I get your address I will get you an exact total. As I said in the email this includes Insurance since I don't want to have someone end up with a broken one and be out the money. You have till Thursday night to PayPal me and at the very latest Friday before say 10 am EST. If I don't have a payment by then I will probably not order the LCD for you. I am taking a risk as it is ordering all of them for you and don't want anyone to end up screwed including myself. For the Record since I got an email about this I am not planing on making a cent off this and if I do end up making a buck I will split it up to everyone and refund it since I am dong this to help the forum not make anything. The only payment I want is a pic of everyone's old screen faded vs the new one posted in here once they receive it. I almost forgot we did get a small discount on the screens but due to conversion rate I have read about it does not really show so depending on how bad that is it will determine if or how much you will get back once it is all said and done.

Money and e-mail sent. I deal with euro to USD conversions mainly from the UK at work on a regular basis and I can tell you that they sometimes change daily. It may end up that by the time the purchase is actually made we may owe a little extra to Trey to cover the differences.

I did add in a little extra just in case so unless the conversion rate shoots up a ridiculous amount then I won't worry about it.
So if all goes to my plan I can give you all back something which would be kind of like tax refund except not take weeks like mine has

And Tommy kindly gave me an extra cent just in case

Glad you guys can make use of this screen I found more than half a year ago. Feels good to contribute a fix other than taking from the forum all the time. Funny most of you have never decided to fix the screen after I had done testing on this screen after a few months of install.

The screen is solid, no hickups or failure as of date. Been through high heat and cold so far. Still looks like brand new. Only issue is the polarization with sun glasses that has this feature.

Best of luck.

I actually bought a whole cluster around that time for something like $125, so I got a scratch-free housing and the screen at the same time, which was a better deal, from a $$ standpoint. I'm in the GB as a CYA move. But we should thank you for your work that lead up to being able to even have this GB.

+1 but the price is so much better as a group buy.
I also didn't feel like going through this again since I got one of the crappy Chinese screens that didn't work out so I decided that I had spent enough on this issue when you had found the new one. But It is annoying me so here we are lol

Yup! I know the owner. She is my aunt.
Sometimes I wonder if that is a good move or not. Since now, I became her Mercedes mechanic whenever there is something wrong with the car. Argh..
