I don't think you were being intentionally deceptive about it since it is well documented. But a new engine, alternator, A/C compressor, and the other little problems after water damage is quite significant and people have a right to know.

Really, starting out with an unrealistic prices is just going to scare away some potential buyers, and at a minimum, is not sending a very positive signal.

I have to agree with everyone above. I picked up my 06 C230 almost fully loaded for $16,000 and 50K miles.

Not trying to bash OP but picked up my 2006 C350 6spd one owner 289XX miles for 17k. These cars just dont have a good re-sale value.
