Converted the wagon to "Sport"

Hey guys I was out cruising around last week when my Rieger lip met a road reflector....

Tried to remount the piece back on but after one drive it had broken off again.... It was time for a change.

Monday morning I woke up early and removed the front bumper then drove to LA to pick up an AMG front from Gary@suvneer

When I first mounted the bumper I had some small gaps on the side....

But after some help today we got it fitting pretty damn good

More pics to come! as well as AMG sideskirts :eyebrows

Would love some feedback on this, as far as I know I'm the only W203 wagon in the states with an AMG front end (??)

Also forgot the chrome strips at the body shop gotta go swoop them on Monday

I like the new bumper. You did a good job putting it on. Silver is a hard color to match, and the tow eye cover looks a bit off in the picture. You might consider a front plate bracket that uses the tow eye threads. Save the ty-wraps that were holding the plate.

You know you're too low when your car can't make it over a road reflector...

Thanks man and yeah I think the tow cover wasn't pushed all the way in so the light was reflecting a little weird on it, not trying to run a front plate since I finally have a bumper I can actually do so with

Looks meaner without any bumper at all.

I'd have too agree; your car's too damn low. Isn't the same thing going to happen again?

good job, love the low, still need a lot of guts to riding that low and wrap that 17s in 40's
moreover jakarta's street does not allow to riding that low and that thin
why don't try using brabus/carlsson bumper? amg is like, been there done that imho, but do what you love

Aha the rears are 40's fronts are 35's but next set I will run a 40 up front to raise it a tiny bit and fill out the fender more. Will also more than likely add the lip after that to regain some lows
