My W203 is rubbing :(

My setup on the back is 235/35/19 with 8" width and ET18 (Stock ET38 + Spacers 20mm = ET18). I removed my spacers and it's ok but looks so ugly

If anybody lowered his car and experienced this kind of problem, please share your solution and best setup for NO RUBBING

Thank you!

Looking at your offsets, you should be fine, but your tires might be wider than expected. As a result, you can either use a small spacer (and lugs if needed) or roll the rear fenders and cut the inner tabs that hold the fenders and the bumper (you can cut pretty close to the screw).
Lots of discussion about rolling fenders in Phister's thread and a pic of where to cut is in my thread. Good luck.
Anyway, i think that you are talking about that piece of plastic that is posted on the last page of your topic. I will cut that, i just tried to roll the fenders with the classic "mightycarmods" method, i saw it in their video and it worked but still rubs, i guess it's that plastic.
Can you please tell me what is your current setup? Did you modified the angle of your back wheels?
For me, I run 18x9.5 ET 33 in the rear w/ 265/35/18 and -0.5deg of camber. I cut that tab and rolled the fender lip quite a bit and also spent plenty of time trying to roll the fender OUT. I also took a crowbar to my rear tab where the fender & bumper meet for a few more mm of space. Overall - no rubbing unless i hit a big bump and have a full load of passengers.
I will get my wheels off and try again to roll my fenders and make some more space there. Thanks man, this is really helpful!
I will ask you one more thing, please explain what have you done with the crowbar cause i didn't fully understand. (sadly, English isn't my native language)
Thanks again!

just for suggestion, just look for local fender roller or somebody who use to do this thing, it's a lot easier.
if you couldnt find one, do it yourself carefully, you do not want to make ur fender too wide

or maybe just get another wheel that have 9,5 or 10 inches wide with et around 37-27 maybe, with a lil bit stretch tire (max 245/35/19)

I can't wait to start rolling and cutting just to put my spacers back. I will keep you updated cause i think that i am going to do this today.
Thanks again for your support and i've seen some movies with the crowbar on the internet where things went bad so i guess that i will just cut and roll
)

And with 20mm SPACERS

No more rubbing, i cut the inner fender, rolled the fender and cut that plastic between the fender and the rear bumper.
Did you guys rolled your front fenders? I hear some rubbing on big bumps but i don't know if it's from the fender or inner fender? Please tell me so i can do them too!
I have a stressing problem with my H&R springs. After I installed them , i hear some clicking noise on bumps, i read that is because the spirals of the springs touch each other. Some springs come with a rubber case in some places where it's needed, mine didn't come with anything so I guess i just have to put them. Any ideas on this problem? What should i use?

and also if you dont use this rubber can cause that clicking noise
The sound it's coming from the rear, i guess that when i will get the car on an elevator i will see if the paint on the spring is scratched. I also considered that those were not installed properly but the service where i went changed thousand of this (specialized Benz) so i don't think that there is the problem.
just be sure you got the MB original parts
and yes maybe you will see some scratched on the top of the spring, but it has no effect on anything at all
