Ok,.... for someone like "C230 Sport Coup" (Todd) who has helped so many people over the years,.... myself included,... directly or indirectly when our search comes across an old post of his,..... I'll tell you the great secret of life (Yeah, like I would know!). Well, how about how to "get the damn clips off the fuel filter",.... without having to "just to just twist 'em off an toss 'em."

The clips on the fuel filter are called Clic-R types,... basically without a special Clic-R pliers ($15-60) you can just use wire-nail cutter plier, end cutter plier, even a pruning shear should work. You just needs to pinch the base of the hook and catch together to lock it,... you will hear it click. To unlock it, do the same thing but you will need something like a small precision flathead screwdriver to jimmy the hook up, over and away from the catch.

Ha, I was watching this show, "Dark Matters" about scientific discoveries with a dark twist. This one guy came up with a mathematical theorem that proved that human altruism was only a method of evolutionary advantage, and that it evolved only to forward the genetic code of the altruistic person. Human kindness was just an evolutionary trick.

So, what the hell are we doing here? Ha....certainly I'm not going to increase my chances for procreation by hanging iin this forum, nor am I going to benefit financially, EXCEPT that yes, since I've helped a lot of people, I do generally get a good response which in turn does save me a buck or 2.
So it seems that hanging here, will ultimately result in my genetic code going the way of the dinosaurs, but 2002 Coupeys may live on.
