ebay isnt really considered cheap, its just an auction selling place for businesses and people to sell their products and be able to have more people to see it and try to buy it. places like discount tire and tirerack sell on ebay all the time. hell even other big name companies sell on ebay.

as for leds, you have to buy some CANABUS or load resistor LEDs. go to www.aznoptics.com and buy some of their bayonet LEDs for the tail lights. just make sure you buy the correct ones for each socket.

this has been discussed before, search and you shall find.

I've purchased two sets of LED S-Class taillights and have encountered problems on both sets. As of now my one rear reverse bulb doesn't work. I'm leaving it be until it needs to be replaced ... again

Okay so 150$ for leds for my tailights .... Kinda painful to fork out that amount of money for a shining piece of light . I mean maybe if there was some extras to the lights id pay 150. Not trying to be a pain here but leds were developed to be cheaper longer lasting and just in general better.

no one ever said LEDs are cheaper. what makes them cheaper is in the long run where you dont have to keep replacing them after so many years. hell the LED bulbs for my house cost about 25 a piece. Now with cars you have to throw in that ours require a canbus or load resistor to make sure its error free.

You only need one orange for the turn signal and the rest can be white, there's no reason to get red when the tails are already red, it'll lessen the brightness if you get red bulbs. You want white so it shines brighter. You're gonna need two different sets of whites, one set for you're reverse and regular tails when you turn the lights on and another set for the brakes.

Go to Sylvania.com and it'll tell all the bulbs you'll need

The numbers they give may look off but they are exact bulbs as the 1156, 1157, etc bulbs. Aznoptics has all the ones you need
