Car shakes
Whenever I stop at a stop light, the car shakes. When the car is in park there is no shaking. Also, there is no shaking while the car is in drive waiting at a stop light, if I have been driving for awhile.
Has anyone has this problem?

Thanks for the reply. About a month ago, I put new breaks, and rotors on the car. the problem was happening before I replaced them. I've also replaced all the spark plugs, because I read somewhere it could be that.

Hmm i have a similar problem. When i come to a stop light, the car runs fine, but out of nowhere the engine acts like a load is being put on it, and vibrates real bad. It doesnt do it if I put it into neutral though. It's kind of like the a/c is being turned on full blast all of a sudden.
Is this likely to be a vacuum leak?

+1 with motor mounts. Replaced them and shaking is gone.
Maybe you only need to replace the tranny mount, but if your engine mounts are shot, then the new tranny mount will die quickly.

Sorry it took me awhile to reply. I replaced the tranny mount yesterday and the shaking is still happening. Should I replace the engine mount now? My dad said my idle might be too high, but I have never changed the idle. He wants to take it into the dealer to see if they will see what is wrong with it, but does not want to pay much for it.

find some youtube videos on how to inspect engine mount failure. If the same happens with your car then replace the engine mounts....
