Help please: How to fix this...
The car is on bags and this just happened to crack ;|
the car is of one of my buddies and he isnt sure if he can be driving the car like this and doesnt know how it can be fixed. Any tips or help?

From the picture it looks like someone put bondo on top of that strut tower. Nothing looks right. If so you'd better remove it all and see what the damage really is. What kind of car is it?

Ok,... "its not mine,.. but its for a friend,...." 
I certainly wouldn't trust my life to that car with a critical component like that is cracked,.... and just a pot hole away from falling apart.
Anyways,.... top of strut tower should look like this,... or at least it does on a 2003 coupe,.... notice the reinforced area,....

I second previous repairs to that tower. Also I suspect that suspicious bolt is due to his bag system. I'm not an expert when dealing with extremely lowered cars. But I suspect it wasn't done with "quality" components.
Tell your friend to not drive that car at all.. not even to a repair shop. Get that thing towed on all 4.

Thank you all for quick replies! Well we went ahead and just welted it and seems to hold up like new! And as for it breaking its been like this for a week and the car is driven to school and back everyday with **** load of speed bumps. Im guessing the speed bumps killed it in the first place. And thank you for the pics! We will look into getting those supports and newer and better bolts.
