I have a 2001 c320 it has no passing power or pedal to the metal power. It has 171000 km it idles beautifully it revs up to 4000 rpm no problem when in park. Things i've done, mass air flow sensor, fuel filter, and taken it to dealership. They told me nothing's wrong and to come back when an error code shows up. I had a muffler place have a look at the catylitic converters with a heat gun. I'm taking it to another mechanic on monday this will be the third person. Much apprieciated it advance.

2005 C Wagon (No snickering please!)
First, the snake oil probably did no harm, but it did nothing for you. Mercedes and gasoline refiners know fuel additives generally are not needed because they are already in the gas when you buy it. Mercedes does suggest that Techron is of value where excessive carbon build up has occured. As a regular treatment it is not desirable. Using a premium top tier gasoline will deliver a better driving experience.
May I suggest using your current tank down to less than two gallons, (abt 6l) then refill with Shell or Chevron (Texaco) premium. Change the plugs using the specified Iridium plugs. I know they are expensive, you need a dozen of them, and an expensive socket to remove and install. Money well spent. I think you might have plugs suggested by the Counter Bob at the auto parts store. The computer listings are wrong and misleading.
As most people know the transmission is responsible for the proper application of the motive force of the engine. It does this through a series of wet clutches. MBUSA and perhaps Canada told us the transmission was sealed for life and did not require fluid changes. They neglected, however, to supply lifetime fluid. Just like my Nike's, it rips, rattles, tears, runs down at the heels, stinks, and smells bad.
Change the fluid and filter only with Mercedes approved product, and you will think it is a new car. Don't buy anythnig that is "just as good as" or "all my customers use this" or "Mercedes is just trying to make money."
