2003 Citron Green C230KMT
Anyone chip an M271 engine
Has anyone chipped their 1.8L engine. I'm looking into putting an UPSSolute chip in my Coupe but want to do some research on it. There have been many mods on the 2.3L but since the 1.8's are still somewhat new, who has chipped it and what are your experiences. Thanks!

On the 2.3, the Upsolute chip averaged about 3 hp across the rpm range except for a very narrow 30 hp spike just below red line.

There'll be more options in the future, and at lower prices. Just be patient. But you'll never see the big increases that the turbo cars get.
