Need Help*Pics* Looking to buy 2004 Mercedes Benz C230 w/ Full Lorinser Pkg
Hello everybody, I'd like to Introduce myself.. My name is Chris and I am a local locksmith out in North San Diego. I've been reading and eyeballing these forums for a few weeks now and have come to finally ask the public on their opinion of this vehicle I am looking to purchase. My first Mercedes Benz EVER.. Right now I own an 07 Expo, 05 Focus ZX3 ( my ladies car ) and I'd like to splurge myself in this car.
Price Tag: $10,999-$320m

I am not familiar with this Package too much can some people help me out here and let me know if this is a good buy? I test drove it and it sounds AMAZZINGGGGGG. Smooth as butter, Idles fine and I am already approved I just have to go leave my down payment and I drive away.

a 2005 c230 would be better
before u buy a german car make sure the trans was serviced as least once
my 2005 c230 only needed the front end done, thermostat, battery, trans flushes, valve gaskets
ive seen people with alot more done to their car

The only thing that resembles lorinser is the fenders, the rest just looks like amg package. Does it have the trunk and roof spoiler? Also on the driver side it looks like its missing part of the chrome trim on the impact strip. Be careful about knock off parts, parts like Brabus and Lorinser for our cars have a hefty price tag.
I personally won't buy a car that has been modified, you never know what they could've done. But that's me, maybe if they just put wheels on it and some exterior stuff but anything like engine work I would stay away from.

I would presonally stay away from this car, you hvae much better and more mercedes avaliable out there...

Thank you guys for the replies. Its nice to wake up and see some feedback.
The C230 does have the trunk and roof spoiler. When I opened the hood the vehicle looks stock but it has a gorgeous twin tip exhaust that sounds gorgeoussss.
I was considering driving it on the freeway and maybe taking it to a few buddies of mine who are ASE Mechanics and having them go over it. I just wanted the overall feedback from owners and maybe previous owners.
I also like the 2010 C300 but this with this C230 it was love at first sight LOL... I'm a sucker for curves. I'll do more asking and picking today, Thank you fellas I hope to be more active here!

1. Lorinser never made a fender for w203. Those are lorinser "style" fender taking the que from actual lorinser fender for the larger w211 w220.
2. The door sill is also a knock off.
3. The car is obviously lowered.
I would stay away. For the money you can go to carmax or a mb dealership to find one in much better condition.
