The Instrument Cluster went dark after pressing reset millage
I stopped at the gas station, refueled the car, turned the car on, and pushed reset millage to zero. Then the instrument Cluster/display went dark. I was still able to drive car for 150 miles. Once I turned it off, I had to jump start the vehicle.
Those items are now off:
*******************
-AC/air volume control is off (not zero, but completely off- no chance to turn it on)
-windshield wipers do not work
-blinkers do not work
-power windows not going down/ not going up.
-power seats are off ( I actually unplug both seats because power seat module was draining battery last year)
-moon roof does not open.
-Radio/ CD works
-Lights work (when turned on, not on auto setting)
Any idea why this happened? I don't know if it is related but day before I used back window sunshade, and when it went down it made clicking sound. Is it possible that something is draining the battery. Car Battery is less than 1 year old. Alternator was checked before and I was told that is OK.
I would appreciate your answer or if you can point me the the link with more info. Thanks!

My guess is SAM module.
Maybe the press of a reset knob just happened to coincide with the display turning off.
I forgot to mention that now milles are stuck at 000 - the counter does not move. Speedometer does not move from zero. Gas level is on zero (but the tank was full) and RPM is on zero.
I also noticed that remote key did not open the car from the distance until I came to driver's door. I suspected the low battery.

but I would check voltages just to see where they are at as you had issues starting.
Rear sam is a very common issue though and I hope that you don't have to deal with that

samaritrey is correct in asking about the voltages.

Swift seems jealous of 1D's success as the likely billion dollar boy band. STFU comments at MTV/VMA awards etc.
"Hell has no fury like a woman scorned" seems appropriate after Harry Styles booted her for something better.
