C55 For Sale, '06 Texas car
Check out post in classifieds - an extremely well cared for C55 in excellent condition. I hate to part with it but there's a new AMG in town and I don't have garage space for both.

It's Iridium silver w/ black interior and very rare black birdseye maple trim. Option list includes Bi-Xenons, Nav, 6 disc CD, rain-sensor wipers, power rear sunshade. It's always been a Houston car and has never seen snow or salt. First owner kept it a year and I've had it since mid-2007. Odometer is 69.2. Body and paint are all original, look like new, and CarFax is clean. It's had all service on schedule, all at the dealer. Motor and tranny mounts were recently replaced as a precaution. Wheels are perfect and tires are nearly new. Flaws? The usual tiny stone chips on the hood, the usual little scratches on the interior door handles, and a very small dent on the right rear, likely from a car door. Not a flaw, but there's also fresh paint on the lower front bumper where I got it fixed after getting too close to a *@*^#%* curb when parking. Overall condition looks excellent.

Depreciation is a painful thing. Fortunately, the guy who owned it for the first 18 months took the biggest part of that hit. I've taken the hit on the rest of it but don't regret it at all - these cars are a blast and I feel like its been worth every dime. Depreciation seems to have nearly leveled out and if you can now drive an AMG for about the price of a mid-range Honda, is that really a hard choice?

Last chance, guys. The local dealership made me an offer that doesn't make me smile but doesn't cause too much pain. If I don't get it sold by the weekend, I'm going to close a deal with them Saturday morning.

Wow... this is basically what I've been looking for. And in Houston, too. Same colors as mine, nearly same miles, but I was hoping this opportunity would pop up a few years from now, haha.
