mercedes c230 1.8 kompressor cam sensor oil leak
hi is there anyone out there that can help I have a Mercedes c230 1.8 Kompressor 2002 and I have been told to watch the cam shaft sensor as they leak and the oil goes through the wireing harness into the ecu but I have been told you can buy a extention cable for the sensor to stop the oil if it does leak but I need a part number for my Mercedes garage as they said its not on there system if anybody can help with the part number or tell me where I can purchase the cables in uk it would be a good help

You can call your dealer and ask them.

Not silly unless that part is not available overseas. I may have to order the springs for my lock from the UK as seems that nobody sells it here so you never know
The recall was only in the US, even though this is a worldwide issue
