Anyone used a Paintless Dent Removal place yet?

Anyone used a Paintless Dent Removal place yet?
My car recieved its first official dent earlier this week....really pissed me off because I park out in the back 40 at the office, never take it the bars, and generally make sure its out of harms way...
So I guess its ironic that the C gets dented in my own garage... a rear door on the too closely parked Grand Cherokee made a dreadfully obvious dent above the fold line on the rear fender and I am just sick to death of looking at it. I love the car and all, but right about now I miss the undentable body work of my former Saturn Coupe. Germans must not have a word for Polymer.....
I don't want to have the paint and bondo monkeys anywhere near it, so I was thinking of using a local Paintless dent repair place. Has anyone here used a similar service? Good results? I'm fussy about this stuff, so I'm really nervous that it will not come out completely, or perhaps look worse...uggh.

Hate to tell you this...but if the dent is directly on the crease of the bodyline, the tech may not be able to get all of it out. It also depends if it is a "pointed" dent or "rounded" dent. Talk to several shops. Good luck. Sorry to hear about it.....damm inconsiderate a$$holes.

I've used it on about 4 dents on my rear door, mostly rounded dents tho' - one was the result of clipping the corner of a wall (very slowly 
). Results were good, hardly noticeable unless you purposely look for it at a certain angle and under certain lighting but if the tech isn't careful, you're gonna end up with webbing on the paint work so beware. Yep, dents in folds are more difficult.

Paintless dent repair....
I've used paintless dent repair on several cars with total satisfaction. It all depends on where and how big the dent is. The repair person will tell you up front how well they think they can repair it. Also, it's MUCH cheaper than fill/sand/paint.

Me too. I had a door ding removed on the drivers door, right on the crease. I can't tell where it was, even by trying to make it appear in reflections.
As with all bodywork, the key is to find a craftsman who will take the time to do it right. Try asking your service advisor for a recommendation, because I'll bet your dealer uses one.

Dent wizard worked wonders on our Passat, after the wife backed into a Buick. The dent was about a foot across and about 2" deep (but no metal creases or 'points').
As the car was only 2 weeks old at the time, we definitely didn't want a repaint.
I can still see a faint remnant of the dent, but I'm certain that if you don't know where to look, you'll never see it.
I would personally try anything I could before letting some body shop reshoot a panel.

Paintless dent repair cost.....
The last door dings I had removed from the C cost $150 for first panel and $100 for the second panel. I had only one small door ding per panel.

I don't really care about the cost...its a Mercedes...I'm used to the nosebleed experience by now. But DOES IT TAKE OUT THE DENT? Can you tell? How do they get at the dent in a place like this?

Hey, I'm sure we all feel your pain and I'm sure there's enuf positive feedback to pretty much give you the heads up on it, right? The message is quite clear - find a good one and ask the guy before commencing work, its as simple as that. Good luck.
