Mods for 2005 w203 still available in 2015?

Been searching for mods for 1.8l 2005 sport sedan. Not much still seems to be in production:
Kleeman supercharger pulley- out of stock or special order
K-box- not being made
Headers- a couple on eBay but seem low quality
Cat back exhaust- cannot find anything
High flow cats- only one option I found

Does anyone have any tips on what is still in production and available? Headers seem like the best option, but the only one I found is $130 on eBay and worry about quality

Not too much out there in the way of mods , unless it's cosmetic. At this point I'm resigned to simply keeping up with maintenance on an aging platform...everything is starting to leak, squeak, rattle, thud, etc....

Well I love this aging platforms! My car is smooth as butter and fast. I have a sprint booster throttle controller, k and n air filter, and new plugs and all new fluids. Don't know why every seems so unhappy with this fine machine?!

If you are looking for performance mods there is not much out there unless you shell out more then the car is worth by using Renntech or Brabus. Lots of money for little gain. Best to just do exterior and interior mods like most.

What would be the pros and cons to porting and polishing the head and supercharger? I the managing partner of a racing machine shop (specialty in drag racing), but I am new to the Euro scene. I have to C230K Sport Sedans (2004 and 2005) and I am looking to pep my 2005 up a little bit. Right now it is in the body shop (long story) and I have a grinding noise to diagnose (it sounds like it's the supercharger however I could be mistaken) and then I will be in the market for some extra stuff. What would you guys say to the port and polish?

If you have the means (which it sounds like you do), I would do the port and polish.

I have been thinking about it for a while, now since I have some down time I had planned on doing it. But what would be the cause of the grinding noise? When I get it back from the body shop I will see if I can get a video of the sound and what it is doing at idle.

When you pull the S/C, take the plate off and see what the gears inside look like - just make sure you get OEM replacement oil for it.

Are there any pictures and/or specs on what the tolerances should be?

If it is grinding, I think you will be able to tell. There will most likely be metal shavings in the oil either from the teeth or the bearings. Check for excessive play from the bearings as well.
