The real 2005 C-CLASS sport sedan? (PICS)
There is one conflicting argument that keeps popping-up!
Some vow that PIC-1 is the new 2005 C230 Sport Sedan
Others swear that PIC-2 is the new 2005 C230 Sport Sedan
Which is the real "U.S bound" 2005 C-230 Sport Sedan?

PLEASE NOTE: PIC-1 and PIC-2 had different front bumpers?

Production has just started, or will in a couple of weeks. For our market, look for the new cars to be on the ground sometime in May or June.
The new MY05 C230/320 Sport Sedan will have the old C32 AMG body kit, which is shown in Pic 1.
Same interior. Same exterior. Not good for the AMG brand. oh well.
WTF? Are you serious? Damn, MB really likes there AMG cars to be exclusive

Still, the current C32s are going to look basically like C230s and 320s after this facelift comes out. I mean the ONLY thing that separate the AMGs from the non AMGs were the bodykits from the exterior.
"If" the new (facelift) 05 C230 does has the same front bumper as the C32 I don't think it should undermine the C32's exclusivity...
...because only the C32 will have the following:
AMG badges
AMG wheels
AMG brake calipers
Larger Side skirts – (Left / Right under body sills)
Larger Rear bumper
Twin tip exhaust
Not to mention the distinct interior and under the hood.

Honestly can someone end this ordeal and post an ACTUAL PICTURE OF THE NEW 05 C230?
Maybe someone who's been to the C-Spot in U.S.A can post it!

Further more, if you look at the S-class, the CLK500 and the W210 E-class, they all have/had the AMG kit as standard feature or optional feature in the States. No one seems to be complaining that the E430 sport looks like the E55 other than the wheels and exhaust and CLK430/500 looks like the CLK55 other than the exhaust.

who knows, maybe C230K's front bumper maybe be cheaper than C32's front bumper... which is good for those who are interested in changing the bodykit...
2005 C230K Sedan Interior Pics --- C Spot
...I took these at C-Spot event in NJ yesterday. The revised C looks great.
...Sorry, no exterior pics, but the car had an AMG-like front bumper, plus the turn signals on the mirror look slightly different.
Member "whatup?" you were there at the C Spot!
So which one is it, PIC-1 or PIC-2? (disregard the front side marker lights)
Does the new C230 sport sedan have the C32 AMG front bumper or what?
Look at my last post on thread: 2005 C230K Sedan Interior Pics --- C Spot
BTW: I did read MarcusBenz reply. I just need to hear it from someone who was actually at the C-SPOT this year.

As I remember, the C230K sedan on display had the C32 front bumper, or at least something very similar.
It definitely did NOT have the same bumper as the car slytoksy just posted. I'm pretty sure that is the new bumper that will be on the non-sport C-Class.
