Yes those are smoked. Its just a tint spray. Cost me about $25, $30 after tax. I bought it at a Japanese tuner shop. Its a small can thou. I smoked both lights and the third brake light. The good thing is that it peels off. Not that easily but you can peel it. I peeled it the first time and it was fine. No marks or anything. So, I figured if I get tired of it I can always peel it.

That is pretty interesting smoke job. Mine is not that glossy, it also has a purplish hue to it. Im not too sure why. If anyone is interested let me know. Ill try to get the can scanned for you.
