Anyone recently add 2004.5 oval tip to C320?
After using search I saw a post by JimB about adding a single oval tip back in 2003. Just wanted to see pics of anyone who has done it more recently along with the purchase, install info.

Am I the only one who likes this look?
Anyone else like the oval tail pipe and would like it on their C240 or C320 besides me?

I just added the 2000 CLK oval tip to mine. I will try to get you pictures. I had to cut the bumper tho...not too much work....def doable.
Chrome Tail Pipes
What about this? Does not even require cutting the bumper.

Jkw: Thank you!
Noble C320: So far, I've only sanded away at the existing bumper opening to make the tip fit in there better, but I plan to sand some more to make a nicer opening for it cuz it's kinda close to the metal right now and I don't want to worry about melting.
Anaheim_Drew: Caliber Motors in your area has a great price on the oval tip ($100, I think). That's where I got mine. With some minor bumper adjustment and a little welding, the oval tip fits great and looks even better!

The whole process took about 15 minutes. I had them weld the bottom piece directly to the exhaust and the top pieces to the OEM tips (you'll understand what I mean when you see the 04.5 tip and slide it over the existing tips). It also requires cutting the bent parts of the OEM tips, which took a couple of minutes, prior to welding the new tip. I doubt any shop would charge more than $100 for the whole install, but probably less.As for the sways, I'm planning to get those done when I get the cupkit...probably a few months.
