I'll deny everything....
1st gear: 29-30 MPH
2nd gear: 50 MPH
3rd gear: 76-79 MPH
4th gear: 105 MPH
5th gear: 130-132 MPH
6th gear: I don't know...ran out of road at 140ish.

Her name says it all. But trust me it is not broken in at 1700 miles. The engine starts performing much better at 10,000, and better still at 20,000.

FYI, the fastest I've ever gone in a vehicle piloted by me was 158 and that was on my street bike............that's my adrenaline machine....the car was/is nothing compared to that thing!

i got my automatic to go up to 132 many times last year. Hey andy... haven't we all discussed this many times before ? .
In fact I think a couple of the guys calculated what the top end would end up being if the VMAX was disabled.

its amazing how smooth the c230 is a high speeds. I have taken mine up to 125 and the only thing you notice is cars are going by faster and a little noise from the mirrors. I do believe mine is speed limited at 135.
When i had my mazda i took it up to 100 and it felt like the parts where going to start flying off lol

not really, i know 1st is like 25. i most of the time go from the sound of the engine. the problem with first gear is if i gun it, 25 comes up finds fast and the next thing i know i have to shift. i wish 1st gear was like 30 - 35mph. oh well!
