EPC is the Parts Catalog. Lists all the parts in a car.
WIS is the Workchop Information System. WIS tells how to diagnose and repair different systems as well as having instructions on how to remove and replace items.

So far all the biggies are still churning for me as well... i did succeed on the 'compact' version. Don't know wht it's all about - can someone enlighten me?
Also, how do I get this to install under Windows XP - it says 'unknown OS' and quits the install shield installer.

Right click the installer and choose the compatability tab.

do you have an epc for the 2002-2003 coupes?
if you do can you look for the part # for the rubber hose that goes between the deck and the body on the rear hatch. the mb parts guy cant seem to find it. thanks
