Looking at this car makes me thirsty for a Margarita!!! Woo hoo! You should be able to obtain a motor fairly from your local dealer or online easily but before you do that, have you tried the washer trick? Unscrew the bolt on the motor, put in a couple washers and tighten it down.
There are threads on this around here somewhere, or on benzworld.
Eventually, that, or a new motor won't work anymore as the part that has the flexible chain with the teeth that moves the roof gets bunged and then you have to disassemble the whole thing to repair. Then it's time to disconnect the motor.. Sadly this happened to me in the last year or so. Just getting it closed was a challenge, and then
you best leave it alone until you can spend a week or so with the car in the garage and the headliner removed, and
tear the whole thing apart. I don't have a garage right now, and oh how do I miss my sunroof.
Look for a thread by Davedrb or something like that on pano sunroof. There are some 20 documents there provided by me to him, and he made a great thread repairing his roof.

I found a seconds motor happy bout that and yes I've already looked at the threads from David and they are awesome and all the pdfs are very useful as well but I think there is couple missing like installation of motor and more about motors if you know of anyone who has those pdfs would be great, unless there there and I just am blind?
And yeh I love the colour to of my car

So 1st off...it the motor working? Is it grinding, skipping teeth?

See the next to last picture? Remove that screw (torx) and put a washer or 2 in there and crank it down.
It will accomplish nearly the same thing as fixing the warped motor housing via replacement or as Dave shows in his
thread which I'm assuming you found.
If it's not going at all, try cranking it by hand, using an allen head socket a little..and then try it.
If the motor isn't working at all, check the fuses.
Don't have a fuse chart? There's one here somewhere.
Normally on the left side behind the cover on left side of dash.
Tool for removing fuses in left side rear SAM cover in trunk and spare fuses in the back under the spare...
but after 18 years who knows.
I mean what EXACTLY is the problem? Maybe you just need to resync it.
As far as where to buy parts, the dealer, or online. I'm in USA.
Dealer can provide part numbers.
And sorry, but an AMG badge doesn't make your car an AMG.
Check the differences in the front bumper in the photo I posted vs.
yours. We never got the AMG styling package here in US but some people
mamaged to import the bumpers and side skirts.
There's one guy in Peru with an honest to god C32 Coupe...but that's the only one known exist.
Time to bust out some fishing line and get that thing off !!

Thanx for message the fuse is fine and I was opening and shutting but need new grommetsfor it and now the inside cog bolt is shredded
I'm stuck I don't know wat to do now bit I need new bolts and the inside cog of the motor itself

Isn't there a dealer you can consult for the bolts?
And it you need the plastic gear inside the motor housing,
people on Ebay sell them...or used to.

I have couple motors laying around.
One someone cut the connector, and another
intact but with the warped housing, but I think otherwise intact.
Pulled from junk vehicles at the picknpull.
Maybe cannibalize parts inside?
