i dont hate my mercedes nor do i hate the service. i praise the service and i think its one of the advantages of owning the car!

For me it's the free car washes. If Audi had free car washes I would have gotten the A4. If Ford offered free car washes I would have gotten the new Mustang.

The sales people are not pushy and will work with you to make sure ur happy with the deal.

The service department is just as nice. They even have a golf driving range, a theater room and a work out facility just for you to use. I said what if i am not getting my car services can I still come use this stuff and they said I was more than welcome too. I have already used the driving range 4 times since I got my benz on the 2nd.

And they do wash and wax your car when you make an appointment and bring your car in.

Now THAT sounds like a dealership. Locally we have to drop the cars off and wait, it usually takes 7 days for a service and they dont fix any of the problems that I list like squeaky interior bits and the like. They simply call it 'normal'. I feel like smacking them over the head when they say that, on a $70K++ car is shouldn't be normal.

Oh did I forget to mention they charge for servicing the car? Only parts are covered under warranty its not cheap at $60 an hour....

I know it's the best experience I have ever had a car dealership.

I am contemplating buying a S-class for my dad this winter.

Will definetly buy from there.

Oh and by the way their Loaner cars are Mercedes also.
And they guarantee that you will have a benz for a loaner even if they have to pull a car off the lot.

Correct ,, the labor charge is expensive but for one touch only..


most of the customers here complain while they leave the car for the service but when they pick it back they founds many faults which was working well before leaving the car for the service...!!!! it happen with me too, in service A they change only oil and wash water,, but I found they touch the headlight adjustment it was fully down ... The question is if they are working on the lubrication why they touch the front headlight???!!!

lot of comments to say about our dealer but as much I mention that will not help...

the petal is too hard to press down and the steering wheel is too hard too, when i go sit in my TL I don't even have to press the petal to accelerate but turning is very loose which is good. thats the only thing though :o

I hate Mercedes for not making C55 AMG with manual transmission.

I wish Mercedes could be like BMW and offer manual transmission on all the small and midsize sedans.
