c240 misfire cly 4 6 and 6

So my daughter calls me stuck on the highway stalled. She was driving the CE light comes on and then no power. I limped it home rans a scan Misfire cly 4 5 and 6 any ideas where to start tomorrow? I now these cars well so I can work on it. What would cause drive side cyl all to fail?

I have a new update. I do have spark as far as checking the power tothe injectors im not sure. I ran scan and reset they system. Then I let the car idle only and the check engine light did not come on.
I then I hit the gas and then the CE light came on. I reset it again and hit the gas lightly and shut it of an ran the codes it said only 2 cly misfired.
So the if I don't touch the gas after a reset of the codes the car run fine . When I rev the engine it is smooth for about 8 seconds then the CE light comes on and the engine idles rough and go to crap again
So after a reset of the CE once I give it gas it goes to crap any idea CLY 4 5 6 drivers side

I would check the condition of the plugs, as well as check fuel pressure.

I checked the plugs worn but ok .No real way of check pressure . I give up I don't have the proper scan tools the can drill down pass a misfire.
SO off the mechanic 45 min away cause there is no way I'm going to the dealer.

You can get a basic fuel pressure tester from a local parts store. But also, check the mass airflow sensor, see if it's dirty.

The mass sensor was not throwing any code … I 'm thing the Injection are getting an error during load ..

San tool only says random misfire and misfire in cyl 4 5 & 6

Clogged catalytic converter’s

so it turns out that I had a mechanic look at it and as I thought but I didn’t wanna risk it the catalytic converter‘s are clogged on the driver side because again I had spark and I could smell fuel so any tips on catalytic converter‘s on a C240 I prefer to do this job myself because the garage wanted $1700 any help would be extremely appreciated.

Clogged cat , I'm surprised no one here wrote that ? when you have an entire side misfires chances are somethin is blocked.
How do you know simple common sense . Run the car touch the exhaust cold side is clogged it is that easy
There are 2 cats forward and rear . I cut the pipe in half under the drivers side seat. Then I removed 2 bolts on the front cat to engine manifold.
I ran hot water threw is not clog. Then I ran a air hose out the back piece and sure enough not flow out the back BINGO rear cat clogged.
Now I ran a peace of wire to see if the front cat blew apart clogged the rear cat. The ran a coat hanger into the front cat and it did not go threw telling me the front cat seemed all there.
I bought a mini cat on amazon 40.00 that matches the old one. I then cleared the codes and reinstalled the front pipe and then preyed the rear pipe down 3 inches with a block of wood so there would be flow and I can drive the car. A bit load but at lease drivable. I paid the welder at a muffler shop 80.00 to install the rear cat and weld the cut I made to remove the front cat.
So instead of paying 1700 my 1 st quote for a mechanic I trust. I did the work my self for 120.00 . I did have to pay the 1 mechanic 240.00 for diags cause I'm an idiot and did not use common sense.
