moving from a C240 to an E200 kompressor=ok????
im planning to trade my C240 with a brandnew E200 kompressor, however by doing so, ill b moving down from the 2.6L V6 to a 1.8L supercharged 4cylinder, and ill b losing my C class options such as xenons, parktronic, power seats with memory, digital climate control, moonroof, nokia car phone, full leather.
however on the contrary, im moving size wise from a smaller C to a bigger E, the E would b cheaper to register yearly, cheaper to run on gas, and MOST LIKELY TO HAVE LESS BUGS since it has fewer if not no options added to it.
i got my C240 almost 3years ago for US$63,000 and the dealer would take it for US$37,500 given that i buy the US$68,750 E200k. is this a logical idea?????????? isnt US$25,500 to much depreciation in less than 3years considering that my mileage is only 9,700miles????????????????
im also contemplating on the BMW520i. priced similarly as the E200k.
dont wonder on price figures....im not from the US

Missing my beloved Benz
Boy, the exchange rate is really high. I lost $23,000 on my three year old C Class. I found, that the trade-in value is not very good.

wow! i like the E'e alot but i would find it hard to get rid of my C with all those option to get a base E. granted youll have about the same engine with the 1.8L kompressor. just my $0.02.

Wow,That's how much they cost in P.I. ???
Isn't it cheaper to import one from North america/europe or will it be pretty much the same after all the custom taxes and b.s fees?
