'05 C-Class Owners...
Is there a light in the glovebox? I opened mine for the past two days at night and no light...I could of sworn there was a light before.

i thought i had one in mine but a couple weeks ago a friend and I were discussing this. He has a 2003 C240 and we both dont have lights in the glove box. i could have sworn there was one.

2003 Citron Green C230KMT
just figured it out. you have to have the key in the ignition. the car was dark, key turned to setting 2 and opened the glove box. the light came on. its abover where the extra CD magazine would sit, next to the CD changer.

well i didnt try a variety of ways. first i got in my car, it was in the garage, opened the glove box, no lite. then i started it and went to leave. opened the box the light was on. so i turned off car turned to pos. 2, lite was on. came in and reported my findings. i thought there was a lite in there. plus i love that little shiney sunglass holder.
