Arrow Interior Upgrade choices???

I was wondering if anyone had tried the extra wood kits that I have seen on the net (the ones that have pieces matched to your factory Laurelwood, that cover the glove compartment and other areas of the dash)? If so, what do you think, and do you have any pics? I have thought about doing some things to my interior, and I was looking at getting the all Laurelwood shifter from Mymercedes.com. I was also looking around the net and have seen these extra wood kits, and I thought I saw Laurelwood door handles somewhere. Has anyone bought these things themselves, or seen them in person? How well are they made? Or how they look? Opinions and pics are appreciated.

Sadly there isn't too many wood accessories for the C Class as there is with the E and S classes. I know MP-Designs has beautiful wood kits for the E and S and other models. You are a bit limited with the C class. Do you have the standard wood trim or the aluminum in your car as of now? If you have the wood trim then you can look at the getting a Brabus or Victor steering wheel to complete the interior wood look. Very classy but expensive! Also A wood shift knob is another choice. There is an arm rest you can do as well but it looks a bit cheesy how it just adds on from what I have seen from personal experience. Let us know what you get!

I will probably definitely go ahead with the All-Laurelwood shift knob. What about the Laurlwood door handles like the ones on the C-Class on the Performanceproducts.com site (in the pictures of the armrest they have on there)? I have seen the Laurelwood center console cover, but I think that would be too fragile. I would figure that if you lean on it, it would break.

I have the shift knob, very nice and good quality. I dont know what you are talking about with door handles though... Also there isnt too many wood fanatics here. I love my wood though. Still want a steering wheel.

I personally think the wood steering wheel and shift knob would be just enough wood to complement the interior of your car. You don't want to put too much wood that it looks fake, IMO.

Here are the doorhandles, you can see them in the background

You are probably right about the shifter and steering wheel being enough. I am definitely getting the shifter, and have seriously thought about getting the steering wheel.

I'd like to get the door handles and arm rest surround in aluminum... Anyone see them anywhere?

Wow. Those door handles are hot. I don't like the armrest/console cover though. Thanks for posting the picture.

I know, they have them in the pic, but not on the item list. I thought they would look nice. That, with the wood steering wheel, and the wood shifter should about do it

I know, I don't like the armrest cover either. I have seen the all-wood one too, and I can just see that cracking if I were to lean on it.
