Where is Transmission ECU locate on W203 Sedan
Hello
Anyone knows where is the Transmission ECU unit locate for W203 Sedan and the pin or wire colors for the vehicle speed sensor for the CANBUS are.
I purchased a Soundgate unit for the CANBUS adapter and need to connect my Eclipse NAV unit to work.
Please help.

I believe the transmission controller you are looking for is located under the floorplate on the right side. Lift the carpet out of the footwell area and unbolt the 3 nuts holding the floorplate down.

The parametric module fits in the same area as the tranny control module but is not included in USA cars. It is also known as speed sensitive steering. IT requires addition of a harness, control module, and replacement of the entire steering rack.
